Job Overview:- Deliver dry, 100% touch freight to Dollar Tree stores across 13 states- Average weekly gross pay: $2,000 (based on 1800 miles and 4 loads)- Home weekly for 34-hour reset (80% weekends)- 1-week paid training with current driver ($150/day)
Key Benefits:- Industry-leading pay package- Tenured staff support- Secure parking required for truck and trailer- Paid vacation (1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years)
Pay Structure:- Base pay: $0.70-$0.80 per mile (based on experience)- Unload pay: $240- Stop pay: $25- Backhaul pay: $50
Requirements:- Valid CDL-A license- 2 weeks' worth of supplies for orientation- Customer service skills- Ability to manually unload freight- Secure parking location for equipment
Route Information:- Deliver to ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, AR, MO, IA, MN, WI, IL, KY, TN, IN- Early morning starts, multiple store deliveries per day
