Position Overview
We’re seeking experienced solo CDL-A drivers for a dedicated fleet offering high pay, consistent miles, and weekly home time. This position is ideal for drivers who enjoy staying active while handling freight and want the security of a reliable, supported route.
Freight Type: Dry freight — hand unloaded using rollers
Average Loads: 2 per week
Average Weekly Miles: 1,750
Activity Level: Active — ideal for drivers who enjoy hands-on work
Compensation & Pay
Average weekly pay: $1,700
Top weekly pay: $2,146
Average annualized earnings: $88,400
Top annualized earnings: $111,592
Pay structure: CPM + Load Pay + Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus (up to 3% of mileage pay)
Reliable, year-round dedicated freight
Schedule & Home Time
Home weekly — 34-hour reset
Consistent routes and predictable scheduling
Flexible hours as required by route and freight needs
Equipment
Late-model sleeper trucks
Assigned equipment — trucks cannot be taken home
Drivers coordinate with management to park trucks safely and securely

Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
