Position Overview

We’re seeking experienced solo CDL-A drivers for a dedicated fleet offering high pay, consistent miles, and weekly home time. This position is ideal for drivers who enjoy staying active while handling freight and want the security of a reliable, supported route.

• Freight Type: Dry freight — hand unloaded using rollers

• Average Loads: 2 per week

• Average Weekly Miles: 1,750

• Activity Level: Active — ideal for drivers who enjoy hands-on work

Compensation & Pay

• Average weekly pay: $1,700

• Top weekly pay: $2,146

• Average annualized earnings: $88,400

• Top annualized earnings: $111,592

• Pay structure: CPM + Load Pay + Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus (up to 3% of mileage pay)

• Reliable, year-round dedicated freight

Schedule & Home Time

• Home weekly — 34-hour reset

• Consistent routes and predictable scheduling

• Flexible hours as required by route and freight needs

Equipment

• Late-model sleeper trucks

• Assigned equipment — trucks cannot be taken home

• Drivers coordinate with management to park trucks safely and securely

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
