Assisting attorneys in the preparation and filing of pleadings, motions, and briefs.2. Conducting extensive legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.3. Managing and organizing large volumes of complex case-related documents.4. Coordinating and maintaining attorney calendars, including scheduling appointments, court dates, and deadlines.5. Preparing deposition summaries and trial binders.6. Tracking and billing time spent on various tasks to ensure accurate client invoicing.7. Liaising with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals in a professional and courteous manner.Qualifications:1. A minimum of 3 years of defense side litigation experience2. A Paralegal Certificate or Bachelors Degree3. Proficient in calendaring, legal writing, billing time, and conducting legal research.4. Familiarity with legal document management and e-filing systems.5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.7.
