Essential Duties:

• Responsible for at-home deliveries and transporting vehicles between other Lexus and Heritage stores
• Introduces customers to service and parts personnel, indicating shop location and hours of operation
• Follows up with all sales and warranty customers within 48 hours to ensure customer satisfaction
• Career Growth to Service Advisor or Sales Associate

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License
• Must be at least 18 years old
• 2 years of Retail/Direct to consumer sales experience
• Bilingual skills is preferred
• Must be able to effectively communicate and demonstrate each feature of the vehicle
• Must be available to work nights, weekends
• Ability to explain technology to individuals who may/may not be technologically inclined
• Self-Starter with proven ability to seek out new ways to build opportunities for the dealership and customer satisfaction
