Delivery Driver - Warehouse Clerk

We're looking for a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Clerk who's equal parts safety conscious, dependable, detail‑oriented, and ready to roll (sometimes literally).

What You'll Do:

Delivery & Driving

• Drive a non‑CDL 26 foot box truck to deliver raw materials and pick up finished products and equipment
• Load it up, unload it safely, and keep delivery records tidy
• Inspect the truck and help coordinate routine maintenance (no breakdown surprises)

Shipping

• Pull and stage orders so shipments go out accurately and on time
• Use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Prep paperwork like Bills of Lading, labels, and work orders
• Help coordinate daily FedEx shipments
• Flag shortages or shipping issues before they become problems

Receiving

• Receive inbound shipments and get materials where they belong
• Create and apply barcode labels using Factory Lite
• Scan documentation and keep records up to date
• Distribute packages and deliveries to teammates
• Help track raw material levels and communicate needs

Housekeeping & Safety

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and aisle‑clear
• Inspect shelves and racks for safe storage
• Operate floor scrubbers and report any safety concerns
• Pitch in on miscellaneous tasks as needed-we're a team

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Valid Class B or Class C Commercial driver's license with H or X endorsement and a good driving record.
• High school diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of experience in driving, shipping, receiving, or warehouse roles
• Ability to lift 50–60 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with help
• Comfortable operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and box trucks
• Able to obtain and maintain a non‑CDL DOT medical certificate
• Strong time management and problem‑solving skills, ability to juggle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Enjoys working independently but plays well with others

Pay:

This position offers a base hourly compensation of $22.00-$28.00 per hour. This salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base compensation offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, and certifications or other professional licenses held.
