Job Description
Position Overview
We are hiring reliable Cargo Van Drivers to handle time-sensitive freight across regional and long-distance routes.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position, offering flexible scheduling and consistent load availability based on your preferences.
Compensation
- Competitive per-mile rates based on route and distance
- Typical weekly gross: $2,000 – $3,000+ depending on miles driven
- Weekly payments

Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver freight safely and on time
- Maintain communication with dispatch during active deliveries
- Use a smartphone for load updates and tracking
- Follow all applicable safety and transportation regulations
Scheduling
- Flexible workload based on your availability
- Regional and long-distance routes available
Requirements
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Cargo van (Sprinter, Promaster, Transit, or similar)
- Vehicle model year 2015 or newer
- Minimum cargo space: L 100” / W 50” / H 55”
- Active cargo insurance ($100,000 minimum)
- Commercial auto liability insurance ($1,000,000 CSL)
- Ability to use smartphone apps and basic communication tools
