Delivery Driver

Hire Up Staffing is seeking a Class A CDL Driver for a growing industrial service facility in Long Beach, MS.Schedule: 40 hours a week + OTPay: $20/hr.  This position involves transporting product to and from client locations, ensuring accuracy and safety during pickups and deliveries. • Safely drive assigned routes to transport carts of clean and soiled materials between the facility and customer locations.
• Complete all required pre- and post-trip inspections in compliance with company and DOT standards.
• Verify loads against route documentation before departure and upon arrival.
• Load/unload carts using lift gate and assist with on-site placement as needed.
• Communicate customer feedback, delays, or equipment issues promptly to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate trip logs including stops, deliveries, and pickups.
• Represent the company professionally while on the road and at customer sites.
• Follow all company policies, DOT regulations, and safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL and clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read route maps or GPS directions.
• Must pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skillPhysical Requirements:
• Ability to safely operate large commercial vehicles in tight spaces.
• Must be able to push/pull carts weighing up to 700 lbs.
• Work environment includes noise, heat/cold, and exposure to moving equipment.
