This position combines hands-on warehouse responsibilities with local driving, including pulling and preparing orders, loading and unloading materials, organizing inventory, and making deliveries using a company vehicle.The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable of handling warehouse materials, and comfortable interacting professionally with customers during deliveries.Required Experience & Skills• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required• Previous warehouse, material handling, or general labor experience preferred• Ability to regularly lift and handle 50+ lbs• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow order instructions• Good communication and customer service skills• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic• Ability to work independently and as part of a warehouse teamEssential Duties & Responsibilities• Pull and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment or delivery• Verify materials and quantities before orders leave the warehouse• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently• Move, organize, and stage materials throughout the warehouse• Operate warehouse and material-handling equipment as trained and authorized• Make local deliveries using a company vehicle as needed• Safely load and secure materials before leaving for deliveries• Provide professional customer service when interacting with clients• Communicate delivery, inventory, or order concerns to supervisors• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment• Follow all company driving, warehouse, and workplace safety procedures• Perform additional warehouse and delivery duties as assignedPreferred Qualifications• Previous warehouse or distribution experience• Local delivery driving experience• Forklift operating experience• Shipping, receiving, order pulling, or material staging experience• Experience working in a physically active warehouse environmentPhysical Requirements• Ability to regularly lift and move 50+ lbs• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift• Ability to safely enter and exit company vehicles throughout the workday• Comfortable performing physically demanding warehouse and delivery duties• Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment while wearing required PPEWork Environment• Combination of warehouse operations and local delivery driving• Fast-paced environment requiring regular material handling and order preparation• Frequent loading and unloading of trucks and company vehicles• Customer-facing responsibilities during deliveries• Team-oriented workplace focused on safety, accuracy, and dependable serviceWhy You'll Want This Opportunity• Starting pay of $15.00/hour• Stable Monday–Friday daytime schedule• Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity• Variety of warehouse and local driving responsibilities• Opportunity to build experience in distribution, order fulfillment, material handling, and delivery operations• Forklift experience is valuable with opportunities to expand warehouse equipment skills• Excellent opportunity for dependable candidates looking for steady, long-term workReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text 405-367-3076 for more information.You can also apply in person at:Stand-By Personnel – Oklahoma City3625 S.
