Job Description

Job Title: Delivery Management Analyst II/ Scrum MasterLocation: Hybrid (Indianapolis)Industry:  Financial ServicesJOB DESCRIPTION:  Theoris is seeking a Scrum Master with strong Agile facilitation, stakeholder management, dependency and risk management, SAFe, and Azure DevOps experience. Beyond the technical qualifications, we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a collaborative team-first mindset, and the ability to build strong relationships across business and technology stakeholders.RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Agile and SAFe best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with business stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Escalate impediments appropriately while driving timely resolution.
  • Foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across teams.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to both leadership and delivery teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile software development teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the SAFe framework.
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and coaching teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical and business teams.
  • Scrum Master certification preferred.
