The opportunity

Imagine joining a team where your impact is measured not by the projects you personally deliver, but by the capability, confidence and success you help others achieve.

In this role, you'll work across Product and Technology to strengthen delivery effectiveness, coaching leaders, improving ways of working, and helping teams turn great ideas into meaningful outcomes. You'll play a key role in Netwealth's AI-PDLC Reimagining initiative, helping shape a modern Product Development Lifecycle designed for the age of AI.

You'll partner closely with Engineering Managers, Product Leaders and senior stakeholders to improve planning, prioritisation, delivery flow, stakeholder alignment and organisational effectiveness. Most importantly, you'll help build sustainable capability that continues to grow long after you've made your mark.

What you'll be doing

• Coaching and mentoring technology leaders to strengthen delivery leadership capability.

• Helping teams adopt and embed modern delivery practices and ways of working.

• Facilitating workshops, forums and conversations that create alignment and momentum.

• Supporting the rollout of Netwealth's AI-enabled Product Development Lifecycle.

• Identifying systemic delivery challenges and partnering with leaders to solve them.

• Using data and evidence to drive continuous improvement and better outcomes.

Creating practical tools, guidance and learning resources that teams genuinely want to use.

What will make you successful

You may come from a Delivery Leadership, Agile Coaching, Product Delivery, Software Delivery Management or Operational Excellence background. What matters most is your ability to influence through trust, credibility and expertise as an individual contributor. This role forms part of the Operational Effectiveness function and is expected to initially focus heavily on AI-PDLC adoption and delivery capability uplift across Technology.

You'll bring:

• Expertise improving delivery effectiveness across multiple teams or complex technology environments, often without direct authority.

• Strong coaching and facilitation skills, with a track record of developing Engineering Managers, Delivery Leads or Product Leaders to achieve better outcomes.

• Expertise leading and embedding significant delivery, agile or organisational change initiatives, creating adoption that lasts beyond the initial rollout.

• The ability to navigate ambiguity and introduce just enough governance, structure and delivery discipline to enable teams to move quickly and effectively.

• Confidence partnering with technical and product leaders on priorities, dependencies and delivery challenges.

• A practical understanding of modern software delivery, agile practices and organisational change.

• Curiosity about how AI is reshaping the Product Development Lifecycle, with a desire to apply emerging AI capabilities to improve planning, delivery and organisational effectiveness.
