Job Description
Job Title: Demand / Supply Chain /Sales Operation Analyst Duration: 10+ Months Location: 3700 W. Juneau Ave., Milwaukee, WI – 53208 (HYBRID) The S&OP process integrates demand, supply, and financial planning into a forward-thinking plan based on input from the organization’s key functional areas, including sales, marketing, manufacturing, distribution, and finance. S&OP links strategic plans to operational plans and strives to develop the most beneficial product portfolio and product mix to maximize sales and profit. This role will support gathering inputs from key stakeholders, analyzing data and developing insights that support balanced beneficial outcomes, and executing the development and submission of the monthly Sales Demand submission. Must Have Skills Strong understanding of end-to-end S&OP processes, including demand, supply, and financial integration Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, and demand analysis Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including report creation, updates, and data modeling Strong Client Excel skills (data analysis, transformation, validation, and reporting) Ability to analyze large, multi-source datasets and translate data into actionable insights Experience with cross-system data validation and data integrity checks Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess historical and future product performance Ability to support ad-hoc analytical requests and executive decision-making Strong stakeholder collaboration skills across Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Finance Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by gathering inputs from key functional stakeholders Analyze demand, supply, and financial data to develop insights that support balanced, optimal business outcomes Execute and submit the monthly Sales Demand plan, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives Perform daily retail reporting, including cross-system data validation and reconciliation Execute daily data transfers and refreshes into Power BI reports Develop, update, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, including onboarding new products Support continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting, analytics, and planning processes Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests evaluating historical performance and forecasting future demand Assess upstream and downstream impacts of changes in supply or demand within the S&OP framework Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness to support informed business decision-making
