Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Dental Administrative member to join our team! As one of our patient care representatives, you will be working with a team of patient care representatives to ensure every guest receives exceptional service. The ideal candidate has a strong background in customer service, experience in (a) dental office (s), and a positive attitude.Responsibilities

Handle checking in/out and rescheduling patients
Set a service standard and lead by example, providing exceptional customer service to all guests
Answer phones to schedule patients
Work closely with the rest of the team to provide the highest level of customer service
Coordinate with staff and the community to create partnerships and host events

Qualifications

Previous experience in a dental office desired
Previous customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service skills
