Marsh Valley Dental | Downey, ID (Relocating to McCammon, ID in September 2026)

Marsh Valley Dental is seeking two Part-Time Dental Assistants to join our growing practice. As we prepare to move into our brand-new, larger office in McCammon, Idaho, we're expanding our team to support additional doctor days and continued practice growth.

Schedule
We are hiring two part-time assistants with the following schedules:
Position #1
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Two Fridays per month: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Position #2
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
What You'll Do
Responsibilities include:
- Assist dentists during a variety of general dental procedures
- Support both doctor and hygiene chairs as needed
- Take digital dental X-rays
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after procedures
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
- Perform charting, impressions, and digital scans
- Help create a positive, comfortable experience for every patient

Dental assisting experience is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate with a great attitude.
Qualifications
- Dental experience preferred but not required
- CPR Certification preferred (we will provide certification if needed)
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
