Our unique 4-day workweek schedule allows you to maximize your full-time hours while getting every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off!Key ResponsibilitiesChairside Assisting: Assist doctors during exams, restorative procedures (fillings, crowns, root canals), extractions, and cosmetic treatments by passing instruments, suctioning, and maintaining a clear field of view.Patient Experience: Prepare patients for treatment, take medical/dental histories, update charts, and deliver pre/post-operative instructions with compassion and care.Operatory Prep & Sterilization: Set up treatment rooms, disinfect equipment, and follow OSHA, HIPAA, and strict infection control protocols.Diagnostic Imaging & Scans: Take clear dental X-rays and capture digital scans/impressions as needed.Supply Management: Maintain operatory stocking, organize instrument trays, and assist with clinical inventory.Qualifications & SkillsRequired: Arizona Dental Assistant CertificationRequired: Arizona Dental Radiologic Safety Certificate (X-ray Certified)Required: Arizona Coronal Polish CertificatePreferred: 1+ years of chairside dental assisting experience in a general dentistry setting
