Practice: Carefree Dentistry (An American Dental Companies Partner)
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Near 19th Ave & W Carefree Hwy)
Compensation:$21.00 – $25.00 per hour (DOE) + Monthly Team Performance Bonus!
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM (Enjoy a 3-Day Weekend!)

Your Role as a Clinical Partner:
Side-by-Side Excellence: Partner with our dentists to provide high-quality restorative and preventive care.
The Tech Expert: Utilize digital scans and X-rays to assist in accurate diagnostics and patient education.
Safety First: Manage instrument sterilization and operatory turnover with strict adherence to safety protocols.
Patient Advocacy: Ensure every patient feels comfortable and "carefree" from the moment they sit in the chair.
Administrative Support: Help keep the "heartbeat" of the office steady by assisting with records and front-office flow when needed.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 3+ years of clinical Dental Assisting experience is required.
Licensure: Valid Arizona Dental Assistant License and X-ray Certification.
The Mindset: A friendly, "patient-first" demeanor with a knack for multitasking in a small team environment.
Detail-Oriented: A professional who takes pride in accurate records and a highly organized clinical space.
