Your primary focus in this role will be sterilization and back-office organization, ensuring our clinical operations run seamlessly while providing key chairside and patient care support.Key ResponsibilitiesSterilization & Infection Control (Primary Focus): Maintain the highest standards of safety by cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing instruments and treatment areas in strict compliance with OSHA and CDC guidelines.Patient Care & Preparation: Warmly greet and seat patients, review medical histories, and ensure a comfortable, welcoming experience prior to treatment.Chairside Assistance: Assist the dentist during procedures by passing instruments, mixing materials, managing suction, and keeping treatments efficient.Radiographs: Take and process quality dental X-rays as directed.Charting & Documentation: Accurately log treatment details, clinical procedures, and patient notes into our dental software.Inventory & Supply Management: Monitor, restock, and organize treatment rooms and clinical inventory to maintain optimal workflow.Team Collaboration: Assist with front office or auxiliary duties when needed-because teamwork and flexibility are central to our culture.Qualifications & SkillsCertifications:Valid California Dental X-ray License (Required)Infection Control Certification (Required)Dental Practice Act Certification (Required)Attributes: Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, excellent communication, and a patient-first attitude.Why You'll Love Working With UsPredictable Hours: Fixed schedule (Mon–Thu) with continuous Friday through Sunday weekends.Supportive Culture: A clean, organized, high-standard dental environment driven by mutual respect and teamwork.How to ApplyIf you are dedicated to patient safety, clinical excellence, and being a key contributor to a close-knit team, please submit your resume today!
