Practice: Classic Dental Care
Location: Gilbert, AZ (832 S Greenfield Rd, Ste 104)
Compensation: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour (DOE) + Monthly Team Performance Bonus!
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Enjoy 3-Day Weekends!)

Your Impact as a Dental Assistant:
Clinical Excellence: Provide high-level chairside assistance for a wide range of services, including preventive, emergency, and complex restorative procedures.
Diagnostic Precision: Utilize advanced digital imaging to provide fast, detailed results with 80% less radiation for our patients.
Patient Comfort: Serve as an advocate for our "sedation dentistry" options, helping anxious patients feel relaxed and welcome.
Surgical & Restorative Support: Assist in specialized treatments like dental crowns, extractions, and smile makeovers using cutting-edge composites.
Operational Integrity: Ensure 5-star sterilization protocols, manage inventory, and support the front office in maintaining accurate digital patient records.
What We're Looking For:
License/Cert: Active Arizona X-ray Certification is a strict requirement.
Experience: Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred; must be comfortable with digital workflows.
Attributes: A professional attitude, strong communication skills, and a "team-first" mindset.
