Practice: Peoria Dental Smiles (An American Dental Companies Partner)
Location: Peoria, AZ (Near 91st Ave & Union Hills Dr)
Compensation:$17.00 – $22.00 per hour (DOE) + Monthly Team Performance Bonus!
Sign-On Bonus:$500.00 (Payable after 60 days of employment!)
Schedule: Mon–Thu (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) | Fri (7:30 AM – 3:00 PM)

Your Role as a Clinical Partner:
You aren't just "assisting"-you are a vital part of the patient's clinical journey:
The Procedure Pro: Partner with our dentists during a variety of procedures, from routine restoratives to advanced cosmetic cases.
The Comfort Expert: Prepare patients for treatment and ensure they feel calm, informed, and cared for throughout their visit.
The Organizer: Manage instrument setup, sterilization, and operatory turnover with precision and speed.
The Educator: Provide clear post-op instructions and oral health tips that empower our patients.
The Guardian: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety compliance (OSHA/HIPAA).
What We're Looking For:
Licensure: Valid Arizona Dental Assistant License is required.
Certification: Current X-Ray Certification is required.
Experience: Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital sensors/scanners and dental software.
Personality: A friendly, "patient-first" demeanor and a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
