With dedicated, non-overlapping appointments per provider, you can focus on delivering exceptional chairside care without feeling rushed or double-booked.Streamlined Workflow & Modern Tech: Operating out of an 8-operatory facility equipped with digital radiography, intraoral cameras, and modern sterilization centers, our day runs smoothly and efficiently.A Tight-Knit, Reliable Team: Work alongside 2 providers, 2 hygienists, 2 front office specialists, and an experienced assisting team who truly collaborate, support one another, and communicate smoothly.Exceptional Work-Life Balance: A structured Monday through Thursday daytime schedule (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) means no late nights, no Fridays, and no weekends.What You'll Be DoingAs a Full-Time Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in keeping our clinical flow effortless while putting our patients at ease:Providing chairside assisting during general, restorative, cosmetic, and digital dental procedures.Reviewing patient charts, capturing digital X-rays, and taking traditional & digital impressions.Setting up and breaking down operatories, maintaining strict sterilization protocols, and prepping instruments.Educating patients on post-op care and creating a comfortable, reassuring environment throughout their visit.QualificationsExperience: 2+ years of clinical Dental Assisting experience required.Licensing & Certifications: Active Arizona Dental Assistant License / Certification and valid Arizona Radiography (X-Ray) Certification required.Skills: Proficient in chairside assisting, taking clear X-rays, digital/traditional impressions, and room sterilization.Attributes: Reliable, detail-oriented, team-first mindset with a warm, professional bedside manner.Benefits & PerksCompetitive Hourly Pay: $23.00 – $26.00/hour (depending on experience) + Monthly Team Performance BonusComprehensive Benefits Package (Health, Dental, PTO, & Retirement Options)Consistent 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday) with 3-day weekends every week!Supportive, low-stress, and collaborative office environment.Ready to Join Our Team?If you are an experienced Dental Assistant looking for a supportive, patient-first practice with a predictable schedule and an easy daily workflow, we'd love to meet you!
