We are seeking a cross-trained Dental Assistant to join our team full-time. This role is primarily clinical, but we are looking for someone comfortable supporting light front office responsibilities such as scheduling and answering incoming calls when needed. Our ideal candidate enjoys making patients feel comfortable, is eager to learn, and is committed to delivering a unique and memorable patient experience.

Schedule for the Dental Assistant:

• Monday: 9:00AM – 5:00PM

• Tuesday: 10:00AM – 8:00PM

• Wednesday: 9:00AM – 5:00PM

• Thursday: 10:00AM – 8:00PM

• Friday: 9:00AM – 5:00PM

• Saturday: 9:00AM – 1:00PM (every other)

Responsibilities for the Dental Assistant:

• Chairside assisting and instrument sterilization

• Digital scanning

• Taking images, including panoramic x-rays and CT scans

• Clearly communicating dental procedures and terminology to patients

• Maintaining patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA

• Engaging positively with patients and team members

• Demonstrating reliability and empathy

• Ordering supplies and assisting with office logistics

• Supporting front desk duties as needed, including scheduling and answering phones
