Job Description

Full-Time or Part-Time Dental Assistant – Newport News, VA & Charlottesville, VACompany: Comprehensive Mobile Care

Are you a dependable and experienced Dental Assistant looking for a change of pace from the traditional office setting? Comprehensive Mobile Care is seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Dental Assistants to support our mobile dental team in Newport News, VA and Charlottesville, VA.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, providing care to underserved senior communities, and being part of a mission-driven organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist the dentist with chairside procedures at various senior facilities

  • Set up and break down portable dental equipment

  • Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols

  • Ensure patients are comfortable and informed throughout their visit

  • Document procedures and assist with basic administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:

  • Certified/Registered Dental Assistant (as required by state)

  • Current Radiation Certificate

  • Familiarity with OSHA and infection control procedures

  • Reliable, professional, and punctual

  • Able to lift and transport dental equipment (25–50 lbs)

  • Must pass a federal background check and drug screening

  • Compassionate, mission-aligned, and flexible
