Job Description
At Dental Sleep Medicine of Indiana, we specialize in helping patients who struggle with sleep apnea and CPAP intolerance find comfortable, effective alternatives. Our practice blends advanced clinical care with a warm, personalized approach. We value teamwork, professionalism, and a positive atmosphere.As our Dental Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth clinical flow. You will assist with oral appliance therapy, impressions, appliance fittings, and patient education.Responsibilities:
- Assist the doctor chairside during consultations and appliance fittings.
- Capture radiographs and 3D scans (if applicable).
- Take impressions and/or traditional impressions.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Qualifications:
- Previous dental assisting experience required.
- Current Dental Assistant certification.
- Experience with digital scanning technology preferred.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Experience in sleep medicine or airway-focused dentistry is a Plus (not required, we will train).
