What We're Looking For:
- Preferred: cross-trained in both front and back-office procedures to support seamless practice operations.
- Proficient in iTero scanning for accurate and efficient diagnostics.
- Passionate about educating patients on hygiene, operative procedures, and pre and post-operative care.
- A detail-oriented individual who is kind, empathetic, and genuinely cares about delivering exceptional patient experiences.
- A team player with a true passion for dentistry and advancing the industry.

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures.
- Take radiographs and intraoral scans using iTero technology.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene strategies, operative procedures, and pre- and post-treatment care.
- Prepare, disinfect, and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments while maintaining compliance with CDC, OSHA, and HIPAA standards.
- Assist with treatment planning and patient presentations to ensure understanding and comfort with their care.
- Monitor lab cases and ensure timely processing.
- Manage dental supply inventory and ordering to keep the practice running efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience (preferred).
- Valid X-ray certification.
- CPR and first aid certification (must be obtained within 6 months of hire).
Schedule:
- 4-day work week
- Tue-Thurs, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Friday 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
