Dublin Dental Care, located in Dublin, Ohio (a northwest suburb of Columbus), is currently hiring additional full-time dental assistants. We are accepting applications from dental assistants that have 1-2 years of experience or more.

We’re growing—our office is expanding, and we’re looking for a couple more dental assistants to join our team! Currently, we have two expert dentists (a general dentist and a prosthodontist) and a dedicated team of hygienists and support staff. As our practice continues to grow, we’re seeking a dental assistant who thrives in a patient-centered, relationship-driven environment. We value a dental assistant who is efficient and punctual but also takes the time to deliver high-quality care without feeling rushed. We’re looking for someone with positive energy who genuinely enjoys helping people, building rapport with patients, and working collaboratively with the dentists and their teammates.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentists and hygienists during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.
- Maintain aseptic technique to ensure a safe and sterile environment for patients.
- Take medical imaging, including X-rays, to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Utilize 3D scanners for accurate impressions and treatment planning.
- Manage patient records.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient inquiries as needed.
- Monitor supplies inventory and order new supplies.
- Basic dental laboratory work (pouring impressions, maintaining a clean and organized dental lab, etc.).
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Job Requirements:
- High School graduate.
- At least 1 to 2 years of dental assisting experience.
- Current State of Ohio Radiographer's License or in the process of applying for it.
- Graduation from a Dental Assisting school is a plus, but not required.
- Knowledge and experience using a computer system and basic office software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Dental Software (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, etc.) is a plus, but not required.
- Basic Life Support/CPR certification is a plus, but not required to apply for the job.
- EFDA certification is a plus but not required.

In addition to the hourly pay, full-time dental assistants are eligible for an incentive program providing an opportunity to possibly earn additional pay on top of the hourly pay after the first 90 days of working at Dublin Dental Care!
