What You’ll Do
As a Dental Assistant, you will play a key role in both the clinical and emotional experience of our patients.
- Help patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit
- Prepare and break down operatories with efficiency and attention to detail
- Take high-quality digital radiographs to support accurate diagnosis
- Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols
- Assist doctors chairside during a wide range of procedures
- Record medical and dental histories, including vital signs
- Provide clear, compassionate post-operative instructions
- Fabricate temporary restorations and take precise impressions
- Support overall clinical flow and teamwork throughout the day
What We’re Looking For
- Active Dental Assistant Certification (CDA or state equivalent) preferred
- Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology
- Strong communication skills and a calm, reassuring chairside manner
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- Positive attitude and genuine passion for helping people
