Job Description

Located in Naperville, IL, Suburban TMJ and Sleep Center is seeking an exceptional Dental Assistant to become a part of our dedicated and growing team! Led by Dr. Hitesh Patel, a world-renowned and highly respected dentist, our practice proudly serves Naperville and the surrounding communities with compassionate, cutting-edge care. We’re looking for someone who is not only skilled but also excited to grow alongside our team and be a key part of our journey forward.

This is a full-time position! The details of the job description are as follows:

Schedule for the Dental Assistant:

Monday - Wednesday: 7:15 AM - 5:15 PM
Thursday: 6:15 AM - 4:15 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM (as needed)

*Par-Time Schedule: Wednesday 7:15-5:15, Thursday 6:15-4:15, Friday if needed

Responsibilities and Requirements of the Dental Assistant:

At least 2 years of dental assistant experience required
Assist Dr. Patel with appliance deliveries and follow-up appointments
Take and design CT scans
Check and record patient vitals
Perform cold laser therapy, red light therapy, and TENS therapy
Take digital impressions
Sterilize instruments and maintain proper infection control protocols
Set up and break down operatories for patient care
Order and manage lab cases
Administrative duties as needed (answering phones, confirmation calls, etc)
