All we want for Christmas is a dynamite dental assistant who is registered in the state of Washington with at least 5 years of experience with crown and bridge, all on x, Invisalign, implants, and sleep. It will make the happiest new year if they are passionate about offering top-notch patient care, value working in a cohesive, drama-free team, can maintain a positive attitude when the schedule goes haywire and are enthusiastic about learning more.If we could be so bold as to ask that, should this assistant move at the pace of a sloth, crumble when things don’t go as planned, or be a negative Nellie, we politely ask that they visit a different practice. Should our Christmas wish come true, we will pay $24+/hr depending on what they will contribute to our team; dental benefits; medical expense reimbursement; continuing education; and the opportunity to work for a doctor who respects and values his team and works to maintain an excellent work environment.Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night!
