Full-Time Dental Assistant Job Description:

Mid America Health (MAH) is currently seeking a Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our growing portable TN team! This portable dental assisting position is a Monday through Friday opportunity with no late nights or weekends required. This portable position is based out of the Knoxville, TN area. This position is a rewarding opportunity providing portable dental services to both local county jails. This opportunity would be a great fit for a Dental Assistant interested in a low stress opportunity in a non-private practice setting. Travel could extend to 2.5- 3-hour travel, hotel stay provided if desired. Southern KY coverage area

$25 per hour which includes drive time
NO weekend or evening hours
Full benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, 401k, generous paid time off, paid holidays, flex spending, and a health savings account
Company vehicle is provided, along with a gas and maintenance card
An active Tennessee Dental Radiology License is required for this opportunity

Full-Time Dental Assistant Job Duties Include:

Assist Dentist in chairside procedures
Responsible for equipment and supplies as well as maintenance of company van
Various administrative duties

Full-Time Dental Assistant Job Qualifications Include:

Current Tennessee Dental Radiology License is a MUST
Current CPR for Healthcare Providers required
1-year Dental Assistant experience preferred
Willingness to travel within a 2.5 -hour radius
