Dental Assistant – Cosmetic & Technology-Focused Practice
We are a modern, patient-centered dental office seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our growing team. Our practice has a strong focus on cosmetic dentistry, cutting-edge technology, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Position OverviewAs a Dental Assistant in our office, you will play a key role in supporting clinical procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and contributing to a seamless, high-quality experience from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to expand their skills, grow professionally, and potentially step into a lead role over time.
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during procedures, with an emphasis on cosmetic treatments
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and patient before & after photos
- Ensure patient comfort and provide a welcoming, high-quality experience
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support the team in maintaining efficient clinical flow
- Stay up to date with new technologies and techniques used in the practice
Qualifications
- Basic dental assisting experience and knowledge required (willing to train the right candidate)
- Familiarity with Open Dental software is a plus (not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Schedule
- Monday through Thursday: Full days
- Friday: Half day
