The Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking an eager, enthusiastic, and experienced Dental Assistant who excels in:
- Providing a 5-star, service-minded approach to patient care.
- Communicating with patients with compassion and addressing their concerns.
- Understanding doctor treatment planning to better educate patients.
- Recognizing the mouth-body connection and its impact on overall wellness.
- Accurately documenting existing conditions and phasing new treatment.
- Proven chairside assisting experience (Preferred).
- Certification for coronal polishing (Preferred)
- Holding a certification from an accredited dental assistant program (Preferred).
- Thriving in a team-oriented environment, multitasking, and problem-solving.
- Making preliminary impressions, casts, molds, and pouring up models, etc.
