Preferred Search Group is partnering with a top-rated dental practice in St. Louis to find a Dental Assistant. This is a full-time position paying $30-38/hour with working hours of Monday-Thursday 7:30a-4p and Friday 7:30a-1:30p. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of dental assisting experience, have a positive attitude and be a quick learner.

Duties:

  • Update and maintain client’s dental records
  • Perform routine dental cleanings and assist the dentist with complex dental procedures
  • Take and process X-rays of patients
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Advise patients on recommended oral hygiene

Requirements

    • High School Diploma
    • Previous dental assisting experience ( 2 years minimum) or graduation from an accredited Dental Assisting school
