Dental Assistant (DA / RDA)
Pay: $24.00 – $29.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time | Monday – Friday (No Weekends!)

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Clinical Support: Provide expert four-handed chairside assistance during a variety of treatment procedures, including restorative, surgical, and endodontic treatments.
Patient Care: Prepare and seat patients, verify medical histories, and ensure patient comfort throughout their visit.
Diagnostics: Capture high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral photos.
Sterilization: Perform thorough instrument sterilization and treatment room disinfection according to OSHA and CDC guidelines.
Laboratory: Take impressions, pour/trim models, and fabricate temporary crowns.
Administrative: Maintain accurate electronic patient records and assist the front office with scheduling as needed.
What You’ll Need (Qualifications)
License/Certification: Active Dental Assistant certification as required by the state (RDA/EFDA preferred).
Radiology: Valid X-ray certification is required.
Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced dental office (Urgent care or surgical experience is a plus).
Technical: Proficiency with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental).
Soft Skills: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping patients.
