Dental Assistant - Waterford & Clarkston Dentistry
Dr. Daniela Naumovski & Dr. Timothy Killgrove are looking to add a friendly an experienced Dental Assistant to join our friendly team! We are looking for someone that loves working with patients to achieve their smile goals.
Our office is dedicated to providing exceptional dental care in a warm, welcoming environment. Requirements:
- Minimum of 1+ years of dental assisting experience
- Experience making temporary crowns and bridges
- Ability to take high-quality impressions
- Comfortable assisting chairside during a variety of dental procedures
- Able to manage a main column while balancing side book appointments
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills
- Knowledge of sterilization protocols and OSHA safety standards
- Proficient in taking and developing X-rays
- Experience using Prime Scan
- Experience with Dentrix or similar dental software (preferred)
- Ability to educate patients on oral hygiene and post-op care
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during procedures professionally and efficiently
- Prepare and sterilize instruments to maintain a safe, hygienic environment
- Take and develop dental X-rays
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling
- Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment
Schedule:
- Monday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- 1/Friday a month: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- 1/Saturday a month: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
