Dental Assistant | $28+/hr | Virginia Beach, VA | Hiring Now

Sparta Networking is hiring Dental Assistants to support a leading dental clinic in Virginia Beach, VA. This is a great opportunity for professionals looking for competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and consistent work in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Assignments are available on a per diem, short-term, and long-term basis depending on clinic needs.

We’re looking for dependable Dental Assistants who can step in, adapt quickly, and support a smooth, positive patient experience.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of Dental Assistant experience
Active BLS/CPR certification
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

Prepare operatories and patients for procedures
Provide chairside assistance (instrument transfer, suctioning, material prep)
Take and process dental X-rays (if certified)
Maintain sterilization and operatory cleanliness
Assist with impressions and general clinical support
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-care
Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA
Support efficient patient flow
