DENTAL ASSISTANT – FULL TIME | MANHATTAN, NY (UPPER EAST SIDE)

OVERVIEW
National Dental – Upper East Side is seeking a Dental Assistant to join a high-performing, patient-focused dental office.
This is a great opportunity for a dental assistant who enjoys a structured, team-oriented environment and wants to grow their clinical and front office skills.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Assist the dentist chairside during exams and procedures
- Take x-rays, impressions, and document patient notes
- Maintain treatment flow and anticipate provider needs
- Help manage patient flow and reduce wait times
- Support front desk tasks, including scheduling and insurance verification
- Maintain clean, sterilized treatment rooms
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and care
Requirements
- Active Dental Assistant license or certification (NY)
- 2+ years of dental assisting experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Comfortable supporting both clinical and front office tasks
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Reliable, organized, and detail-focused
