Job Description
We are looking for someone who is motivated to become a part of our busy team. If you have a passion for dentistry and helping patients, We would Love to hear from you! Dental Assistant Responsibilities:
- Preparing rooms for dental treatments and giving post operative care to patients.
- Helping with infection control by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up instrument trays, preparing materials, and assisting with dental procedures.
- Learning the work flow of Dr. Velazquez and the whole team to help make our days go by smoothly.
Dental Assistant Requirements:
- Certification or associate degree in an accredited dental assisting program.
- Dental x-ray certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with Ortho and implants is a plus.
- A great dental assistant is not only a team player, but someone who can combine technical skills with interpersonal qualities to help ensure patient comfort and high-quality care.
