Responsibilities:
- Preparing rooms for scheduled patients.
- Breakdown and clean up of rooms after completed procedures.
- Sterilizing Instruments.
- Maintaining the sterile room.
- Maintaining clinical supply stock and ordering clinical supplies.
- Leading patients from the reception area to their prepared room in the back.
- Taking and recording patient blood pressure.
- Leading patients back to the front reception area after a completed appointment.
- Scheduling patients for any next-step appointments.
- Stocking clinical rooms with supplies.
- 3D printing.
- Calibrating dental machinery.
Requirements:
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to provide great patient care and great office support.
Office Hours:
- Monday- Tuesday 9 am- 6 pm.
- Wednesday- Thursday 7 am- 4 pm.
