Job Description

HealthPoint is looking for an experienced individuals to work in one of our busy dental practices.

Benefits offered:

  • Retention bonus of $1,500 paid at 18 month of employment- Additional retention bonus's up to $4,000

  • Tuition Reimbursement for up to $1,000 a year.

  • Nine paid federal holidays

  • Birthday off paid in addition and not counted towards PTO

  • Generous Paid Time Off 14 days accrued in the first year

  • Wide array of benefit plans such as health, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, Safe Harbor 401K Plan, long term disability and group/voluntary life insurance plans. Available the first day after 30 days of employment.

The Ideal candidate will have the following experience and skill:

  • Has verifiable work experience working in a busy dental practice.

  • Able to demonstrate their ability to multi-task while being warm and inviting to patients.

  • Has experience verifiying benefit coverage with dental payers in real time, collecting patients' portion due, and working to obtain prior-authorizations.

  • Serves as the office expert on patient dental benefits.

  • Works closely with the Practice Administrator, Sr. Vice President, and Revenue Cycle Director

HealthPoint Family Care is a nonprofit healthcare organization dedicated to patient wellness. HealthPoint provides adult and pediatric medical, dental, mental health, substance abuse treatment, obstetrics and gynecology and vision services. The organization employs over 170 highly qualified providers and support staff who are dedicated to providing care for children, adolescents and adults.
