The Dental Director will provide clinical leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for all dental services. Provide clinical leadership and oversight of dental providers and support staffEnsure quality, safety, and compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standardsDevelop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and best practicesMonitor performance metrics and drive continuous quality improvementRecruit, mentor, and evaluate dental staffCollaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and expansion of servicesMaintain a limited patient caseload as neededOversee risk management, infection control, and peer review processes

Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental schoolActive or able to obtain an unrestricted dental license in ArizonaMinimum of 5 years of clinical dental experience3 years prior leadership experienceFor more information, contact providerrecruitment@elkridge.org.
