Full-time role (30+ hours per week).

A Typical Day as a Front Desk Coordinator:

Welcoming patients and making them feel comfortable.
Assisting caregivers and doctors in providing top-notch care.
Ensuring smooth patient flow!
Verifying insurances
Ensuring the doctor has a productive schedule
Checking in patients
