Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in shaping their experience and ensuring the daily operations of our practice run smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Patient Hospitality: Greet patients warmly upon arrival, manage the check-in/check-out process, and ensure a comfortable environment.
- Scheduling: Coordinate, optimize, and manage patient appointments to maintain an efficient daily flow.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and manage email correspondence promptly.
- Insurance & Billing: Verify insurance benefits, process patient co-pays, and handle daily billing data entry.
- Administrative Upkeep: Maintain accurate digital patient records, scan necessary documentation, and ensure compliance with office policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (previous administrative or dental/medical front office experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate).
- Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with office management systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and phone etiquette skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
