Position: Dental Front Office Coordinator
Schedule: Full-time/ Monday- Thursday 8a.m.- 5p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m.- 3:30p.m. (shift may vary slightly for opening and closing purposes).Excited to showcase your top-notch front office skills and friendly demeanor at a fantastic family-owned dental practice? The ideal candidate will LOVE working with people and have the following qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in a dental practice working with insurance
- Great customer service skills and a passion for working with people
- Understanding of clinical procedures and CDT
- Proficiency in dental insurance plans required
- Experience presenting treatment plans and financial arrangements
- Knowledge and experience with electronic claims submission
- Experience executing preauthorizations and posting payments
- Fun, kind, positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
