Practice: Arrowhead Foothills Dentistry
Location: Glendale, AZ (19420 N 59th Ave)
Compensation: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour (DOE) + Monthly Team Performance Bonus!
Schedule: Mon–Wed (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | Thu (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) – Enjoy a consistent 3-Day Weekend!

We are looking for a Dental/Hygiene Assistant with 3+ years of experience who is ready to act as the "engine" of our 6-operatory clinical team. We provide a boutique, local-office atmosphere where your contributions are valued and your professional growth is supported.

Comprehensive Support: Anticipate the needs of our providers across restorative, cosmetic, and hygiene procedures.

Hygiene Integration: Support our hygiene team with charting, clinical assistance, and efficient room turnover to ensure a seamless patient flow.

What We're Looking For:
Experience: A strong background with at least 3+ years of dental assisting experience is required.
Certifications: * Valid Arizona X-ray certification (Required).
Coronal Polish Certification (Required).
Current CPR/BLS certification (Required).
The Mindset: A proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a "team-first" attitude.
