Dental Hygiene Coordinator
$25–$30/hour | Dental Benefits + Paid Time Off | Beverly Hills
Join our prestigious Beverly Hills dental practice as a Dental Hygiene Coordinator! We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and patient-focused professional to manage our hygiene schedules and ensure our patients receive exceptional care.

What You’ll Do
As the Dental Hygiene Coordinator, you will play a key role in keeping the hygiene department running efficiently and providing a positive experience for every patient. Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and managing dental hygiene appointments
- Communicating effectively with patients regarding treatments, care plans, and follow-ups
- Maintaining accurate patient records in our practice management software
- Assisting in reactivating patients who are due or overdue for care
- Supporting the front desk and clinical team as needed
- Ensuring a positive, welcoming experience for all patients
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in dental office administration or hygiene coordination preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Positive, patient-centered attitude with professional demeanor
- Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated, dependable, and willing to learn and grow within the practice
Work Schedule
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:40 AM – 4:00 PM
- Friday: Not scheduled initially; after training, alternate Fridays 8:40 AM – 1:00 PM

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental office, preferably in a hygiene coordinator role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in dental practice management software
- Knowledge of dental procedures and patient care
- Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
