Dental Hygienist
Active Dental | Plano & Irving, TX
Active Dental is growing and looking to add a Dental Hygienist to our Plano and Irving teams! Candidates interested in full-time or flexible part-time schedules are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Create a comfortable, welcoming experience for patients
Perform oral health screenings and review dental history
Identify conditions such as gingivitis, caries, and periodontal disease
Clean and protect teeth (plaque removal, fluoride application, etc.)
Educate patients of all ages on proper oral hygiene
Take X-rays and dental impressions as needed
Assist dentists in treatment planning
Maintain accurate patient records and charts
Ensure proper sterilization and supply monitoring
Qualifications
Valid dental hygiene license
Knowledge of HIPAA and safety regulations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patient-focused, friendly demeanor
Detail-oriented with the stamina for a clinical environment
