Join our Team as a Dental Hygienist at J. Street Dental!
J. Street Dental Group is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our established 3-doctor practice. With 12 operatories (6 dedicated to hygiene), our team is committed to maintaining the highest standard of care while fostering collaboration, growth, and strong patient relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Provide preventive oral health care and patient education to support overall wellness.
- Perform routine dental cleanings, take necessary radiographs, and conduct oral health assessments.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records with excellent communication skills.
- Collaborate with doctors through co-diagnosing and team-based care.
- Participate in weekly hygienist meetings to support continuous learning and growth.
Qualifications:
- Active license as a Dental Hygienist in the state of California.
- Laser certification required.
- Strong patient communication and education skills.
- Comfortable with patient care in a fast-paced, high-volume practice.
- Knowledge of infection control and OSHA/CDC guidelines.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong organizational skills.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:45am-4:45pm.
