Are you a skilled, hardworking hygienist with accelerated hygiene training, seeking an opportunity to maximize your earning potential while providing top-tier patient care? Our company is looking for experienced hygienists to join our elite team and make a significant impact in the Las Vegas area!
We offer an exciting opportunity where you can earn up to $86 per hour by delivering exceptional care to our valued patients. Our team is an exclusive group of highly supported professionals, and we are only seeking serious candidates who are dedicated to their craft.
Compensation and Benefits:
As a full-time hygienist, you can expect:
- Base Pay:$60 per hour ($124,800 annually for FT hours).
- Bonus Opportunities: Total compensation can reach up to $86/hr. or $180,000 per year with collection bonuses!
- Sign-On Bonus: Receive a $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time candidates with a one-year commitment.
- We are among Nevada's highest-paying employers for top-performing hygienists (base + bonuses).

Qualifications:
- Hygiene degree or certification from an accredited college, technical school, or equivalent.
- A patient-centered mindset, with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

- Coachable and open to new ideas for improving patient care and clinical performance.
