$5,000 Signing BonusHourly Rate of $50 - $60 per hour (DOE) plus an uncapped bonus plan.

Position Qualifications:

Accredited Hygiene Technical School or CollegeCurrent applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, local certified anesthesia
