$65–$75/hour + Bonuses | Flexible 3–4 Day Schedule

What You'll Do

Provide exceptional preventive and periodontal care
Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and cleanings
Educate patients on oral health, home care, and preventive treatment
Partner with the doctor and team to deliver outstanding patient experiences
Build lasting relationships with patients through compassionate, personalized care

Schedule

We are seeking a hygienist for 3–4 days per week and can offer flexibility on specific working days.

Regular office hours:

Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Includes a 1-hour lunch break

One Friday per month: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Includes a 1-hour lunch break

Requirements

Valid Dental Hygienist license in the State of Virginia

Expect to see 8 to 10 patients per day

Minimum work experience - 3 years.

Loupes with lights mandatory.
