The Position:Our client is seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist to join their dental team and provide high-quality preventive and therapeutic oral healthcare. They are offering the following compensation and benefits:

• $62,000+ Salary (higher compensation available based on experience)• Health insurance• Dental and vision insurance• 403(b) retirement plan with 5% employer match• 160 hours of Paid Time Off• 8 paid holidays• Continuing Medical Education with time off and allowance• Employer-paid life insurance• Short-term and long-term disability• Full support staff• Additional $3,000 salary increase upon obtaining Public Health Hygienist certification

Requirements:• Clear and active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Pennsylvania

Responsibilities:• Monday, Wednesday & Thursday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)• Tuesday (8:30 AM – 7:00 PM)• Friday (8:30 AM – 12:30 PM)• Apply sealants and fluorides to protect teeth• Remove tartar, stains, and plaque• Assess oral health and report findings to dentists• Document patient care and treatment plans
